• 2026 Waiver Form (Required - will be emailed with registration confirmation)

Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment has been received by Venmo @SequoiaTennis-Kim Sheridan-3632

Please indicate in the Memo line "Day Camp & child's full name"

Venmo is the preferred method of payment 

QR code is located at the bottom of the registration form

A spot in camp will not be guaranteed without full payment up front. 

***CANCELLATION POLICY***

Cancellations within two weeks of a session start date will be refunded ONLY if your child can be replaced by another. 

There will be a $50 processing fee for ALL cancellations.
