*The "105" tennis game is a fast-paced, high-energy group or doubles alternative game where teams race to be the first to reach a target score of 105.
How it Works
- No Serve : The coach will feed the ball into play.
- The losers of the last point will receive the feed.
- Can be played either singles, doubles, or larger rotations
Point System
Points are awarded based on how a shot wins a rally to encourage aggressive net play and attacking strokes.
- 1 Point - Standard rally point, a non-winner point
- 5 Points - Groundstroke winner
- 10 Points - Volley winner
- 20 Points - Overhead OR Lob winner
